Due Diligence kick off

  • We send an information request list, covering: finance, legal, tax, labor, commercial, operations...

  • We analyse all the information received and we organize a Q&A session with the seller and their advisors

  • We commit to a 4 weeks process, adjustable according to the complexity of the business and his structure

  • Meanwhile, Yaba and the sellers will work on the key terms and conditions of the contract with full disclosure and transparency

  • Our M&A team will come along with the seller during all the process
